NUMBRINO is an aqueous solution of cocaine hydrochloride for topical use only.

7 DRUG INTERACTIONS Epinephrine, Phenylephrine: There have been reports of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, and ventricular arrhythmias with concomitant use during nasal surgery.
